Dear Parents, On February 28, 2026, AIST convened an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to reach a consensus on critical matters for the upcoming phase. The meeting was conducted in a spirit of focus, transparency, and collective purpose—with the participation of 7 out of 10 shareholders in person, while those unable to attend also participated via online voting—all aimed at identifying the most viable path forward for the AISVN parent community.

1. Meeting Results:

The Meeting has reached a consensus to approve several critical matters regarding our strategic direction and organizational structure for the upcoming period.

Currently, AIST is proceeding with the necessary procedures to amend our business license (1st revision) in accordance with the approved resolutions.

2. Personnel Update

According to the Meeting’s resolution, as of February 28, 2026, Ms. Le Nguyen Thuy Vy officially NO LONGER HOLDS any positions within the AIST Executive Board. This decision was approved by the Meeting based on her personal request.
