WE GRATEFULLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE LOGOS AND CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS STANDING WITH AIST

AIST is not an organization that calls for mandatory contributions.
This initiative was born from the voluntary spirit of the parent community, driven by the desire to find a transparent and sustainable path for AISVN.

However, to engage professionally with lawyers, experts, regulatory authorities, and investors, certain minimal resources are necessary. Therefore, AIST gratefully acknowledges the companionship of individuals and organizations willing to support our collective activities.

All contributions are entirely voluntary, transparent, and used solely to serve the common interests of students and parents.

ACTIVITIES REQUIRING SUPPORT

In the current phase, several critical tasks require resources for implementation, including:

Legal Consulting Fees: Working with lawyers on legal structures, contracts, and restructuring plans.

Auditing and Financial Due Diligence: Analyzing the school's financial status and recovery options.

Information and Communication Infrastructure: Maintaining the website, parent data management systems, and official information channels.

Transparent Public Relations: Engaging with mainstream media and communication channels to ensure information accuracy.

Organizing Community Meetings and Activities: Connecting parents, experts, and relevant stakeholders.

These activities ensure that AIST’s operations remain professional, transparent, and accountable.

MODES OF PARTNERSHIP

Support for AIST can be provided in various forms:

==> Financial Sponsorship:
  • Individuals or organizations may provide funding to cover a portion of the costs for our collective activities.

==> Professional Sponsorship: Experts or organizations can provide direct support through
  • Legal Consulting

  • Auditing

  • Communication & PR

  • Technology & IT

  • Governance & Management

These contributions are just as valuable as financial support.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PARTNERS & CONTRIBUTORS

AIST deeply appreciates all individuals and organizations that have stood by this initiative.

Depending on the preference of our supporters, AIST can:

  • Recognize you on our website as a “Sponsor / Benefactor”

  • Acknowledge you in AIST’s official activity reports.

  • Keep your information anonymous upon request.

HOW CAN PARENTS SUPPORT AIST?

In addition to granting authorization, parents can support AIST in various ways.

1. Professional Contributions

Parents with expertise in fields such as:

  • Legal

  • Finance

  • Education

  • Communication
Can volunteer their skills to support AIST’s activities.

2. Resource Building for AIST

Some parents may choose to provide voluntary financial contributions to provide AIST with initial operating resources.

If AIST later develops into a company with charter capital, these contributions may be considered for conversion into valid capital contributions, subject to the decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders and legal regulations.

3. Accompanying as a Community Sponsor

We understand that many parents have suffered significant losses and may no longer have high expectations for recovering their paid amounts.

However, if you wish, you can still choose to accompany AIST as a community sponsor.

This support can:

  • Provide the parent community with more resources to protect collective interests

  • Contribute to stabilizing the learning environment for students

  • Be used for future social or community education activities.

If the restructuring process is successful, sponsors may request a refund of their support or allow AIST to continue using it for charitable activities.

A SHARED SPIRIT

AIST is not built on the expectation of profit.

AIST is built on a simple belief: that when a community acts together with goodwill and transparency, we can still forge a better path for our students and for ourselves.

AIST is not built with money – it is built on the trust of the parent community.

Any contributed resources are intended solely to ensure that this journey is conducted with greater professionalism and transparency.

AIST deeply appreciates the support of organizations and individuals who have stood with us to protect the rights of AISVN students and parents, fostering a fair and transparent restructuring solution.

AIST does not accept any support conditional upon terms that compromise transparency or the collective interests of the parent community.
