How does AIST operate to protect parents' interests transparently and professionally?

To achieve this, AIST has established three internal specialized boards. Each board carries out a distinct role while working in close coordination.

The three boards are:

  • The Legal Board

  • The Negotiation Board

  • The Communication Board

Each board has a clear function to ensure that all AIST activities are carried out transparently, legally, and effectively.

The Legal Board – Building a Secure Legal Framework

The Legal Board serves as the legal advisory body for AIST throughout the process of developing solutions to protect parents' interests.

Its primary tasks include:

  • Reviewing the legal integrity of the AIST model in accordance with Enterprise Law and relevant regulations

  • Drafting critical documents, such as power of attorney forms, participation agreements, petitions, and legal filings.

  • Controlling legal risks within AIST’s documents and operations

The Legal Board does not have independent decision-making power; it acts solely in an advisory capacity to ensure that every step AIST takes remains strictly within the framework of the law.

The Negotiation Board – Representing Interests through Strategic Dialogue

If the Legal Board is the “legal shield,” the Negotiation Board is the strategic spearhead of AIST.

The Negotiation Board is responsible for:

  • Developing strategies and scenarios for negotiations with relevant stakeholders

  • Negotiating debt settlement options and school restructuring plans

  • Engaging with potential investors and related partners

All negotiation outcomes are only valid once approved by AIST according to proper authority, ensuring that no commitments exceed the scope of authorized power.

The Communication Board – Maintaining Transparency and Community Connection

A vital element of AIST is transparency of information.

The Communication Board is responsible for:

  • Managing the official AIST website

  • Providing updates to parents and the community

  • Creating accessible content that explains the AIST model and the restructuring roadmap

  • Connecting with the press, alumni, and the wider social community

Furthermore, this board manages communication channels—including the website and social media—to ensure that accurate information is provided in a timely manner.

A Transparent Model for the Community

These three boards do not operate in isolation but work in close synergy.

  • The Legal Board ensures compliance with the law

  • The Negotiation Board seeks feasible solutions

  • The Communication Board maintains transparency and connection

This organizational structure allows AIST to function as a professional entity while upholding its core principles:

Transparency, Accountability, and prioritizing the interests of students and parents above all else.
